Shortages:All claims must be reported within 10 days after receiving shipment, NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed. If you find you have been shorted please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so that we may resolve any problems. Damaged Goods:If you find you have received damaged goods, please contact your local freight carriers office immediately. Please keep the box the merchandise was shipped in along with any packing materials, as the package will have to be inspected. Defective Merchandise:All defective or warranty merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer, not to Vision Outfitters. However, we will be more than happy to help you contact the manufacturer to fix any problems with your order. Returns:In order to return merchandise, please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) Number and authorization prior to returning any goods. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be in their original box and unopened. Customers are obligated to pay for all return shipping costs. |
